The concept for this publication takes inspiration from "LIFAFA," an Indian Signer, songwriter, and founder of the band called "The Peter Cat Recording Co.".
The publication is divided into two parts; one talks about "LIFAFA's" journey till today, his accomplishments, and life. The art direction of this part is based on his messy and revolutionary personality.
The second part contains artworks inspired from "LIFAFA's" album "Jaago."
Jaago" has the ability to own you right from the beginning and never leave. To make things even more transparent, the track is called 'Jaago,' which is Hindi for 'Awaken!,' and of course, the exclamation mark is one way to read a hanging jaago; another is, the relatively simple, 'wake up.'
the artworks depict social problems that we are facing now; these illustrations are connected to the lyrics of the album "Jaago."
